We are seeking a senior operational execution Speicalst to lead the day-to-day completion of critical Networking programs at NVIDIA. As Part of the Networking Business Operations organization, you will work directly with Networking management, logistics coordination, device infrastructure, manufacturing, NPI, and CPM back-office teams to ensure customer programs, high-impact deals, and shipments are completed on time and aligned with customer and contractual commitments.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will lead operational implementation, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple teams. You will:
- Take direct responsibility for operational activities across Networking Operations, logistics, hardware, and back-office teams to advance key programs and customer deals.
- Act as the execution focal point between CPM teams and operational functions, ensuring alignment and preventing late surprises.
- Identify execution, OPS, and logistics risks early, and actively drive mitigation actions through cross-functional collaboration.
- Track and manage operational readiness for critical NPI programs, from readiness through ramp and delivery.
- Ensure customer projects and high-impact deals are operationally aligned with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
- Actively track critical shipments for key customers, proactively flagging risks related to delays, allocation, or logistics bottlenecks.
- Clearly communicate progress status, risks, and blockers to senior management, using factual data and actionable recommendations.
What We Need to See
- 12+ years of verified experience in practical operational delivery, program coordination, or operations-related roles in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong understanding of OPS, logistics, manufacturing flows, and shipment execution.
- Experience supporting or owning NPI operational readiness, ramp, and delivery.
- Ability to identify execution risks early and drive mitigation across multiple teams.
- Strong collaborator management skills, including close collaboration with CPMs, operations, and senior leadership.
- Experience handling customer issues by addressing root causes, not just symptoms.
- Strong focus on detail combined with the capability to work at a strategic level.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to clearly communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs.
- Bc.sc in engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
