Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Engineer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will coordinate with the government customers to provide excellent subject matter expertise and provide key oversight on the execution of applied munition engineering efforts with a focus on warhead effects. This role exists to accelerate technically sound decisions, improve execution across multiple programs, and deliver real operational impact in time-critical environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support analyses of blast, fragmentation, and warhead effects
- Contribute to planning, execution, and analyzing live-fire and all-up-round test events
- Support technology and munition system demonstrations and urgent activities as needed
- Provide technically grounded recommendations under time-constrained conditions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in munition design with experience in warhead effects
- Strong applied engineering and test execution background
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Motivated by meaningful impact and real-world outcomes
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Secret security clearance
- Munitions system or munitions component development experience
Preferred Skills:
- Munitions testing experience
- Experience conducting root cause analysis to identify issues within manufacturing or construction processes.
- Manage project schedules ensuring timely delivery of engineering milestones.
- Ability to review technical schematics and documentation for system design and integration.
- Experience with GD&T standards to ensure manufacturing precision and quality control.
- Prior laboratory experience or testing experience with munition systems is advantageous. This position offers an engaging environment for engineers passionate about innovation, technical excellence, and impactful solutions across multiple engineering disciplines.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
