Performance Energy are supporting a leading global oilfield services organisation with the mobilisation of an experienced Coil Tubing Supervisor for offshore deepwater operations in Latin America.
This is a technically demanding offshore contract requiring strong leadership capability, deepwater operational experience, and specialist knowledge in nitrogen pumping and artificial lift operations.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will supervise offshore coil tubing operations, ensuring safe, efficient execution of deepwater well intervention activities. You will oversee coil tubing crews, coordinate lifting operations, and ensure full compliance with international offshore safety standards.
This role is ideal for an experienced offshore supervisor confident in managing high-specification deepwater programmes within complex operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise offshore coil tubing operations in deepwater environments
Lead and coordinate CT operators and offshore intervention crews
Oversee nitrogen (N
•) pumping operations
Manage and supervise artificial lift intervention activities
Ensure compliance with offshore HSE standards and well control procedures
Maintain operational efficiency while upholding safety-critical protocols
Liaise with offshore leadership and onshore technical teams
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in offshore deepwater coil tubing operations
Demonstrated background in N
• pumping operations
Strong experience in artificial lift systems
Valid IWCF Level 4 certification
Valid BOSIET / T-BOSIET certification
Previous experience working within major offshore service environments
Strong leadership and supervisory capability offshore
