Job Summary: Entry-level & recent graduates
We are looking for recent graduates and current students to join our team as Junior Engineers. Celltron engineers interpret customer supplied drawings and specifications to develop assembly processes, create manufacturing instructions, and draw form boards using computer programs and CAD software. Documents created by production engineers are used by operator teams to build cables and harnesses.
As an entry-level position, this is designed to give students and recent graduates an opportunity to join and learn our processes from experienced engineers.
Desired Skills/Experience
· 2 or 4 year degree – Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics, or related field
· Experience with electronics, mechanical assembly, and/or technical writing (preferred)
· Proficient in AutoCad (preferred)
· Proficient in 3D modeling (preferred)
Responsibilities:
· Fabrication oversight, coordination and support for production teams
· Purchase requisitions for new and replacement parts and tools
· Assembly process management and documentation
· Form Board design and creation (CAD drawings)
· Interpretations of customer assembly drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM)
· Cable and harness work: design & produce CAD drawings and documents
· Electrical and mechanical assembly process development
· Writing of Manufacturing Instructions including Bills of Material (BOM), interpretation of customer needs, instructions, and drawings.
