Data Engineer – Snowflake & Azure Data Factory
About the Role
We’re looking for a Data Engineer who thrives at the intersection of data architecture, cloud platforms, and scalable pipelines. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining reliable data solutions using Snowflake and Azure Data Factory, enabling analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You’ll work closely with analytics, product, and business teams to transform raw data into trusted, high-quality datasets.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Develop and optimize cloud data warehouses using Snowflake
Ingest data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, flat files, streaming sources)
Implement ELT/ETL processes with a focus on performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
Optimize Snowflake performance using clustering, partitioning, and query tuning
Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting
Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions
Ensure data security, governance, and compliance best practices
Document data workflows, schemas, and operational procedures
Support CI/CD pipelines for data deployments
Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
