Responsibilities:
- Plans, leads, and carries out demonstrations of new products and process flows from start to completion
- Generates process flows in order to fulfill customer orders and communicates with the customers on current lot status and issues.
- Tracks day-to- day lot movement, analyzes and interpret data results of customer lots
- Ensures accuracy and finalizes documentation of wafer lot processing
- Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability through continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and communicate with production and process engineers on recipe creation and lot processing at each unit process stage.
Qualifications:
- Experience in working in micro/nano fabrication cleanrooms and/or nano material facilities
- Knowledge of laboratory and chemical safety procedures
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret and generate documents related to safety rules, operations, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to analyze and solve complex issues
- Familiarity with semiconductor technology and process interactions to understand and remediate defects or yield loss
- Proven ability to lead technical teams as well as work solo to solve problems
- Contributes well in a multi-site team setting
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or equivalent experience in a related technical field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience preferred

Physical Requirements/Restrictions:
- Wear cleanroom attire, including protective eye gear for up to 8 hours per
- Sitting, bending, standing, walking, 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift and transport equipment/materials up to 35 lbs
Other Requirements:
- Due to facility requirements, must be a US citizen.
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on company needs
