Job Title: Internal Auditor

Salary range : $100000 - $115000/Year
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join a global technology company in the energy innovation sector. In this role, you will contribute to evaluating financial and operational processes, ensuring compliance, identifying risks, and recommending improvements.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and eventually lead various audit engagements for the company businesses worldwide.
- Examine the company's financial records, accounting practices, and business operations to identify potential risks and inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze risk management processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote transparency and accountability.
- Participate in special projects, due diligence reviews, post-acquisition reviews, and investigations, as required.
- Attend seminars and training courses; stay current on job-related technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
- 4-8 years of experience in an external audit firm. Big4 experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 2 weeks at a time & around 6 trips a year.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters or certifications (CPA/CIA/ACCA) preferred.
- A mix of IT & Finance Auditor experience is acceptable.
