Plenitude On The Road (POTR) is looking for a motivated
MSP & Marketing Specialist to support the development and growth of our e mobility service offering in the fast growing electric vehicle charging industry.
You will be part of the
Germany & Austria (DAT) Region, with occasional meetings at POTR headquarters in Italy and at regional offices in Germany and Austria.
In this role, you will support the development and promotion of POTR's
Mobility Service Provider (MSP) services, working closely with marketing, operations and business development teams. You will contribute to customer acquisition, communication campaigns and the growth of our digital charging services.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career, or looking to transition into the e mobility sector, who wishes to gain experience in marketing, e mobility services, roaming partnerships and digital customer platforms within a fast growing international environment.
The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, as well as very good verbal and written English skills. Knowledge of Italian and other European languages will be considered an advantage.

Main responsibilities:- Support the expansion of our MSP ecosystem by helping to build and maintain partnerships with key players in the e mobility landscape
- Enhance the customer experience by monitoring performance, pricing, and digital services
- Contribute to the growth of our brand through local marketing campaigns and content creation
- Analyse data to support decision-making, turning user behaviour, market trends, and service performance into clear insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe, working closely with colleagues and our headquarters in Italy
Skills and experience required:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Energy Management, or a related field
- Languages: German (native or C1) and English (C1). Italian or other European languages are a plus
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- First experience or strong interest in marketing, digital platforms, customer engagement, or business support (experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM systems, data analysis tools, or marketing platforms is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, combined with a hands-on and proactive mindset
- Creative thinking and a genuine interest in digital marketing and data-driven insights
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional and multicultural setting
- Passion for sustainable mobility and the energy transition
