Structural Engineer
BAM Workforce Solutions is partnering with a a highly-reputable AEC firm providing integrated design, planning, and building services for infrastructure and development projects in several core industries. Overview:
- Active on multiple project teams, working alongside project leadership to support successful project delivery
- Develop structural designs from early planning stages through final construction documentation
- Prepare technical reports, studies, and complete drawing packages for construction
- Design structural elements and systems for a variety of building types and applications
- Coordinate closely with internal teams across disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to define project scope and requirements
- Support the development and review of engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Conduct site visits and assess existing conditions to inform design decisions
- Assist with construction phase activities including submittal reviews, RFIs, and site inspections
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to support on-time and within-budget delivery
- Manage multiple assignments concurrently while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Apply building codes and standards to establish appropriate design criteria
- Review fabrication/shop drawings and provide technical input
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4+ years of related experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to get their PE license in 12 months
- Experience with Engineering design, Construction documentation, and Accounting and Project Management software

Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
