EP firm looking for an Electrical Design Engineer in the greater Orlando area.
- Ideal candidate will have 6+ years of electrical design experience for mid-large commercial, instituional, hi-rise, sports facilities.
- Project coordination between disciplines, asking information from clients
- Ensuring we have deliverables on time
- Assess project information and determine design limitations or come up with a plan.
- Interact with clients, vendors, contractors, architects, and fellow electrical engineers to design required coordinated designs
- Prepare construction documents along with schedules and specifications
- Develop accurate and precise product designs that comply with drafting and company standards
- Review and coordinate vendor design documents review to ensure comply to design requirements
- Provide quality assurance checks of electrical, control detail engineering and design project deliverables
- Compare project budgets along with schedules to coordinate multidiscipline groups
- Provide QA/QC to team members.
- Review RFI shop drawings
- Communicate with Senior Engineer so they can approve project design
- Proficiency in REVIT, AUTO CAD, SKM, MS Excel
- PE license preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
