Our client, a Global Aerospace and Defense Organization, is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be part of the Pricing & Finance Organization, supporting Aerospace U.S. and International Government and Commercial Programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to regulatory compliance, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Pricing Analyst - AerospaceLocation: 1944 East Sky Harbor Circle North, Phoenix, AZ 85034, United StatesPay Range: $40 - $50/hour (based on experience) What's the Job? Prepare FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15 (TINA) compliant pricing proposals for U.S. Government, prime contractors, and non-U.S. customers. Support DCAA, DCMA, and prime contractor audits, fact finds, and data requests. Develop pricing strategies, business cases, and financial analyses to support proposals and negotiations. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Contracts, Sales, Program Management, and Operations to drive revenue and margin growth. Provide pricing recommendations for spares, repairs, and other transactional activities. What's Needed? U.S. Citizenship only (no dual citizenship). Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field. 2.5+ years of government/defense experience or 5+ years of relevant pricing/finance experience. Strong knowledge of FAR regulations and government procurement practices. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems. What's in it for me?
