About the Role
SGF Global is hiring a Cementing Bulk Plant Operator to support operations for Schlumberger, a global leader in energy services.
This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with experience in industrial operations, bulk material handling, or oilfield services. You'll be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality preparation and delivery of bulk cementing products to wellsites.

What You'll Do
- Blend and mix bulk cement products according to job specifications
- Load and transport materials to support wellsite operations
- Calculate and verify material quantities before loading
- Maintain quality control (QC) standards during all operations
- Coordinate with logistics and field teams to ensure timely delivery
- Perform daily equipment checks and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Complete inventory tracking and required documentation
- Properly store materials and dispose of containers safely
- Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures
- Participate in safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives

- Experience in industrial, oilfield, warehouse, or bulk material operations preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials
- Team player with strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently when needed
