Responsibilities
- Pinpoint opportunities to enhance efficiency, increase throughput, and improve quality in manufacturing processes.
- Analyze production workflows and material flow to eliminate operational bottlenecks and support continuous improvement.
- Partner with operations leadership to implement practical process improvements.
- Offer technical support for production processes and troubleshoot operational challenges to maintain smooth operations.
- Collaborate with production teams to refine workflow, optimize equipment utilization, and ensure consistent production output.
- Contribute to layout improvements and material flow strategies that boost operational efficiency.
- Document findings and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or production environments.
- Solid understanding of process knowledge for effective troubleshooting and new product development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Inventor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of engineering principles.
- High mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience.
- Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with robotics, automation systems, and basic programming/controls concepts.
