This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
What you’ll do:
• Network Design & Planning - develop network layouts, ensure compliance, perform capacity planning and manage site equipment. Monitor and optimize network performance to accomodate network growth and change, trobleshoot issues and analyze data and peform optimization and capacity management.
• Site Acquistion - finding, securing, and preparing locations for the installation of network infrastructure to include supplier, vendor and contract management with financial and budgetary oversight. May work through property and tower owners, lawyers, municapalalties, regulatory, enviornmental, compliance, and permitting authorities.
• Construction & Optimazation - Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, employees, and/or contractors to implement SARCs on new or existing site builds for Macro, Small Cell, and In-Building locations. Works with RAN & OSP teams to optimize new site within existing network.
• Program Management and Performance Monitoring: Develop and manage complex technical project plans, quality management, and process improvementsto continuously improve network performance and reliability.
What you’ll need:
Responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, construction, implementation, and optimization of 5G and Fiber Network infrastructure.

Oversees the daily operations of their team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role focuses on immediate team management, task delegation, and the resolution of day-to-day issues. Typically leads occupational staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action and promotional activity for subordinates.
Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience.
