Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifestyle.
- Prepare and review technical documents, such as project proposals and construction projects.
- Oversee traffic signals and road signage requests and follow the Indiana MUTCD.
- Attend monthly meetings, only as needed.
- Conduct transportation planning analyses to optimize traffic flow, reduce congestion, and improve safety standards across highway networks.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Use GIS data for system design enhancements and to support data-driven decision making in transportation infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Registered Professional Engineer required
- Proven experience in highway or transportation engineering projects with a strong background in civil engineering principles.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with construction management practices.
- Knowledge of transportation planning methodologies and traffic analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of system design concepts related to roadway infrastructure and civil systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams, residents, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Pay: $112,290.00 per year
