Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reliability Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze equipment issues, develop maintenance strategies, and implement improvements that enhance overall plant efficiency. The ideal candidate is passionate about industrial engineering, has strong mechanical knowledge, and thrives in a collaborative setting.
Duties
- Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and develop effective corrective actions.
- Develop and manage project schedules for maintenance and reliability initiatives.
- Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and CAD tools to design or modify equipment layouts and schematics.
- Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automation systems.
- Support plastics injection molding processes, CNC programming, and fabrication activities.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Perform inspections using vision inspection systems and industrial equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
Experience
- Proven experience in factory or manufacturing facility environments with hands-on knowledge of industrial equipment.
- NEEDS TO HAVE BEVERAGE MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE.
- KHS EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Strong background in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or industrial engineering disciplines.
- Familiarity with robotics, welding, tooling, fabrication, and assembly line operations.
- Skilled in project scheduling, root cause analysis, schematics interpretation, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), CAM programming, CNC programming, and CAD software such as SolidWorks or Creo.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean manufacturing is highly desirable.

Pay: $93,316.65 - $115,338.34 per year
