We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer to support manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment. This role is responsible for providing technical engineering support to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across production systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical engineering support for daily manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting, process optimization, equipment modifications, upgrades, and replacements
- Apply engineering principles to resolve technical issues of moderate complexity under general supervision
- Act as a technical resource during troubleshooting activities and cross-functional discussions
- Monitor manufacturing performance indicators and recommend corrective actions and improvements
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Validation, Process Development, Utilities, and Facilities teams
- Support execution of quality systems including deviations, equipment qualification, process validation, and new product introductions
- Analyze operational data and present findings for engineering or production improvements
- Assist in the design and implementation of process improvements, system modifications, and capital projects
- Support non-standard shift operations, including nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 2+ years of engineering experience
- Background in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering
- Experience in troubleshooting equipment and/or manufacturing processes in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing processes
- Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and production compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and technical writing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
