❖ Job Description & Responsibilities
DiCon has an immediate opening for Equipment Engineer position to:
▪ Perform routine and preventative maintenance on semiconductor processing
equipment.
▪ Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and vendors for troubleshooting,
tools and parts procurement.
▪ Take ownership of tools to minimize the machine downtime.
▪ Collaborate with process engineers to develop process recipes and improve
device performance.
▪ Conduct on-call emergency services and facilitate critical off-hours maintenance
to ensure continuous operational uptime of fabrication systems. This involves
responding to urgent equipment failures and performing complex technical
repairs outside of standard business hours to minimize facility disruptions.
❖ Qualifications & Requirements
▪ Possess a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent
technical discipline.
▪ Must be able to document troubleshooting and maintenance activities in a
systematic log.
▪ Hands-on tool maintenance and troubleshooting experience in manufacturing
industries or experience in maintenance of semiconductor facilities or fabrication
equipment is a plus.
▪ Capable of implementing predictive and preventative maintenance tasks.
▪ Have strong sense of urgency for minimizing the machine downtime.
