Partner with the best As an Operational Construction Manager , you will support and execute construction activities on supplier site located in Monfalcone (GO), ensuring alignment with project requirements, safety standards, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating contractors, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the construction phase.
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring full compliance with BH Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements, promoting a strong safety culture on site.
- Supporting and actively participate in construction activities, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors during the execution phase to ensure readiness and proper planning of work.
- Monitoring construction progress and contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of processes in response to operational needs.
- Assisting in identifying opportunities for process efficiencies, contributing to improvement initiatives within a broader functional context.
- Supporting the QA/QC team in site activities, including the preparation of non-conformance reports and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Maintaining effective communication and coordination with Customer representatives to address and resolve field issues.
- Ensuring proper coordination with subcontractors to guarantee clarity in execution, alignment with project requirements, and timely delivery.
- Contributing to maintaining construction documentation and reporting accuracy.

- Hold a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical discipline.
- Have solid knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and practices.
- Bring experience in construction activities, site operations, or production environments.
- Possess familiarity with fabrication processes, welding, dimensional controls, and painting supervision within industrial contexts (preferably O&G).
- Have working knowledge of quality standards such as AWS, ASME, API and basic understanding of NDE methodologies.
- Be familiar with welding procedures, material compliance, and site quality requirements.
- Show experience working within structured and matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of industrial quality standards and their application on site.
- Be fluent in English and Italian, with a valid EU work permit.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams and customers.

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 51,200 To 70,400.
"The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI - Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay".
