As a Process Engineer, you'll design, develop, and optimize the manufacturing processes behind our antimicrobial, conductive, and EMF shielding products. About the RoleYou'll partner with R&D, Production, Engineering, and Quality to launch new products, scale up commercial processes, and continuously improve existing operations. The work spans the full process lifecycle: developing recipes, leading DOEs, troubleshooting production, qualifying new equipment, and maintaining compliance in our ISO 9001 certified operations.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for silver metallized fibers, fabrics, and foam productsDevelop and document process recipes, procedures, SOPs, BOMs, and routingsConduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and lead DOEs to drive data-driven decisionsAnalyze process data and KPIs to identify and execute improvements in cost, scrap, efficiency, quality, and performanceSupport new product scale-up, commercialization, and technology transfer from R&D to productionValidate new equipment and support automation and process control initiativesPartner with suppliers and Quality to ensure raw material specifications and availabilityTrain and mentor technicians and operators on process best practicesPrepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholdersLead or participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma) What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Textile Engineering, or a related technical field3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including DOE design and statistical analysisEffective technical writer and communicatorComfortable on the production floor in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment Domain ExperienceWe're looking for depth in one or more of the following - not all three. Strength in any one area, combined with a willingness to learn the others, is what we need:Metal plating (silver, copper, or nickel) - electroless or electrolyticTextile or fiber manufacturing - yarn, knitting, fabric, or nonwovensSilver chemistry, antimicrobial formulation, or conductive materials Nice to HaveJMP, SPC (InfinityQS), or similar statistical toolsQAD or other ERP experienceSix Sigma certification, PMP, or 5S trainingExperience in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, or AS9100 regulated environmentsWhat You'll Get:Starting Salary: $58,500-76,000 annually.
