Title: Business Analyst VLocation: Lansing, MI (2-days onsite, 3-days remote Hybrid Schedule)Note: This is a W2 contract position - C2C, 1099, & 3rd party candidates WILL NOT be consideredPosition Qualifications: · 5+ years of exposure to complex IT Web Applications· 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business feedback and incorporating changes into current· processes· 5+ years of experience leading meetings, conducting training and information sessions, communicating at a level· appropriate to the audience, and making oral and written reports and presentations· 5+ years of experience working as a liaison between the development team and project manager or business client in a software development project· 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst· 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint· Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)· Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills· Strong leadership capabilities in cross-functional team environments· Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Office Suite· 2+ years of experience working with grant management systems or government-funded programs preferred· 1+ year of experience with Azure DevOps, including creating User Stories and queries· 1+ year of experience developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma, or a comparable design software preferred· A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field Note: This is a W2 contract position – C2C, 1099, & 3rd party candidates WILL NOT be consideredPosition Responsibilities: · Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external consultants· Act as the primary point of contact for field consultants regarding application issues· Communicate issue status, resolutions, and updates to relevant stakeholders· Manage and prioritize operational support requests and enhancement tickets in Azure DevOps· Collaborate with OSET and vendor teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues· Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements· Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts· Delegate tasks effectively and ensure alignment with project goals· Facilitate and lead requirement-gathering sessions with both business and technical teams· Maintain comprehensive documentation on the project SharePoint site· Ensure all process changes and decisions are well-documented and accessiblePDN-a2384a2b-9872-4c97-846c-56c81f080826
