Graduate Field Specialist, you will develop the technical skills and field experience needed to support a variety of operational activities across customer sites. Working alongside experienced field personnel, you will gain practical knowledge while contributing to safe and effective service delivery.
As a Graduate Field Specialist, you will:- Support field operations under the guidance of experienced specialists and engineers.
- Learn how to operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance, and shutdown activities.
- Follow all Baker Hughes safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in technical training and development programs.
- Work collaboratively with field teams to deliver solutions for customers.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges.
- Build the skills required for future career progression within the organization.

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:- Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Be willing to work rotational shift patterns and travel as required.
- Have a hands-on approach and a strong willingness to learn.
- Have excellent communication skills in English.
- Be open to relocating to the Netherlands.
- Have eligibility to work in a European Union country and the United Kingdom.
- Be comfortable working in a dynamic, field-based environment.
- Have a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
