Bachelor’s ormaster’sdegree inComputerScience, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
A minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in your designated ecosystem (Public Sector or Smart Spaces).
Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology organizations in Public Sector, Local Gov, Smart Cities and SpacesISVs, or within relevant verticals.
Significant technicalproficiencyin high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or vertical-specific frameworks and libraries.
Hands-on experience buildingand customizingLLM, generative AI, RAG, or agentic AI applications in production or production-like environments.
Experience with agent harnesses, sandboxed execution, policy enforcement,OpenShell-like environments, or secure enterprise agent runtime build.
Experience with model customization or post-training techniques such as SFT, RL/RLHF/RLAIF, DPO or relevant equivalent experience, reward modeling,LoRA/PEFT, quantization-aware optimization, or model evaluation.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability towork in complex, matrixed environments anddistill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences from engineers to executives.
Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops
Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders (across sales, legal,productor marketing teams as needed).
