Due to our growth we are adding a Human Resource Generalist position to our Shared Services team which supports a real estate development, construction and property management companies. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the company's strategic goals by focusing on talent management, recruiting, employee relations, compensation strategy, AI opportunities, and leadership development and training. This role requires an initiative-taking and strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, a solutions-based mindset with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture while helping people learn and grow.

- Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning Development, Business Administration or a related field
- At least five years of progressing responsibilities within Human Resources
- Prior corporate learning, training and development experience is preferred
- Construction industry experience is preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
Compensation details: 60000-70000 Yearly Salary
