Job Duties:
- Define project scope and objectives, and develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Perform design work for Turbomachinery Control Systems and Advanced Process Control technologies using our proprietary software and applications.
- Use classical control theory, signal processing and regression analysis to facilitate automation of unit processes.
- Manage the integration of vendor tasks, and track and review vendor deliverables.
- Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
- Bring projects from the original concept to final implementation, ensure adherence to quality standards, and review project deliverables.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, system engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, chemical reaction engineering, process dynamics and control,numerical techniques and analysis, computer programming, and digital electronics.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in C++, Python, R, and data mining tools.
- Experience in petrochemical industry and automatic control systems.
- Ability to start immediately and work in a team environment.
