Senior Commercial Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia We are seeking an experienced
Senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial and contractual activities on a major mixed-use development project in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead commercial management, contract administration, and cost control activities.
- Manage variations, claims, change orders, and commercial risk assessments.
- Oversee commercial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management.
- Support procurement, tender evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project governance requirements.
- Mentor and guide commercial team members.
Requirements:- 15 years with Bachelor's degree in engineering or quantity surveying
- MRICS, CIOB, or equivalent with prior experience as Commercial Lead or Director
- Previous experience as a Commercial Lead, Senior Commercial Manager, or Commercial Director.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims management, and commercial governance.
- Prior Middle East experience is highly desirable.
