Refrigeration Engineering Manager
A leading manufacturer of commercial walk-in refrigeration systems is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineering Manager. This position will lead engineering initiatives involving new product development, refrigeration system design, cost reduction, quality improvements, and research and development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the refrigeration engineering team
- Develop and launch new products and system designs
- Identify cost-saving and quality-improvement opportunities
- Partner with manufacturing, operations, and service teams
- Research changing industry technologies, practices, and regulations
- Provide technical guidance for refrigeration and electrical systems
Qualifications
- 10 or more years of walk-in or commercial refrigeration industry experience
- Previous refrigeration system engineering leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. refrigeration products, components, and manufacturers
- Solid electrical knowledge related to commercial refrigeration systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Basic AutoCAD skills
- Ability to research independently and adapt to industry changes
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
