Location: United States (Facility location to be determined)

Responsibilities:

Support the commissioning, startup, and ramp-up of the manufacturing facility
Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure product quality, efficiency, and safety
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Operations teams to improve manufacturing performance
Develop and maintain production procedures, work instructions, and process documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives and production capacity expansion

Qualifications:

Professional working proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese required
Background in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry (inorganic or electrochemistry), or exposure to renewable energy or battery-related industries is preferred
Willingness to complete six months of training in Taiwan prior to assignment in the U.S.
