NX CAD Designer in the Electrical / Components Group. I was mainly a component and packaging designer. My focus was packaging in plastic injection molded and small sheet metal parts along with FEA/CAE using NX Pre/Post for modal analysis. I have also worked on sensitive safety related components with regards to autonomous driven vehicles. One example was the location and mounting of the LRR (Long Range Radars). I also worked from concept to creation creating many studies of part feasibility. I have learned, written, taught many NX related classes and people while I was an instructor. I have also mentored many individuals over the years at GM.

About

I have a strong desire to work. I am very strong in NX Design, NX Pre/Post, Teamcenter, TC Visualization. I have wrote and taught many courses of training and have mentored many people over the years. I have created multiple design studies and have worked in AVD Advanced Vehicle Design for much of my career. I am a problem solver using NX to both complete the work and present the solutions. If given the chance I will make a difference in any company willing to hire me.
I am a family man with 3 children and 4 grand children. I am very active in my community through my church and I have a strong desire to assist anyone in need. It is this desire/need that I believe has made me successful.
I am very loyal and will no leave when the going gets rough. That is when it is time to roll up our sleeves and get to the real work.
I have coached my sons little league baseball teams, when he was young and got much enjoyment helping him and his teammates as well as the parents. I love to ride my motorcycle on nice days and work in my garage. I am a very patient and kind person and will jump in when anyone needs help!
I have traveled to Mexico, Japan, Korea to conduct training for many months at a time and got to enjoy each of the cultures while there. I love to also read and learn. I will never stop learning and when I understand things I will turn around and share it.
