About
I am a dedicated and versatile professional with experience in hospitality, education, tourism, and administration. I have worked in the hotel industry in both supervisory and operational roles, including Front Desk Supervisor, Head of Accommodation, and Receptionist, where I developed strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
I also have experience in education as an English Instructor and Primary School Teacher, which strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, manage responsibilities, and work with diverse groups. In addition, I have worked in the corporate and public sectors as a Stock Product Controller and internal interpreter, as well as a Tourism Department Technician, supporting administrative tasks, tourism promotion activities, event organisation, and report preparation.
