Responsibilities: Participatein the buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providingfinancial and business due diligence assistance to FORTUNE 1000 andmiddle-market companies and Private Equity investors. Create and designtailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues, includingnormalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability ofmanagement budgets, and indebtedness considerations. Analyze target companydata to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends,quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potentialliabilities and risks impacting valuation and negotiation of target companies.Incorporate financial analyses into valuation, sale, and purchase agreements.
WORK SCHEDULE : 40 hours per week, M-F(9:00am - 5:00pm)
JOB REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree inFinance or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the offeredposition or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept amaster's degree plus three (3) years of experience. Employer will accept asingle degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or related employmentexperience considered equivalent by a reliable credentials evaluation serviceto meet the bachelor's degree requirement. Three (3) yearsof experience must include: Analyzing income statements, balance sheets, andstatements of cash flows; Analyzing the financial and accounting components ofSale and Purchase agreements; Quality of Earnings, Working Capital, andIndebtedness analyses; Assisting on mergers and acquisitions in the FinancialServices industry; and Applying U.S. GAAP and IFRS for revenue recognition,capitalized software, and purchase accounting. Telecommuting may be permittedwithin commutable distance from the office location depending on business need.
TRAVELREQUIREMENT : Up to 30% travel to various domestic locations perbusiness need.

SALARY RANGE : $210,800 - $322,600 peryear
