Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer will find ways to prevent waste and inefficiency in production processes. They will design efficient systems that integrate workers, information machines, energy and materials.
The Manufacturing Engineer will also design equipment to coordinate production planning to minimize production issues and costs while ensuring our product meets quality standards. They will also design, develop and maintain manufacturing flows to maximize effectiveness, efficiency and space. This position will also ensure that Victory Energy complies with all industrial standards for safety while meeting design standards and guidelines. They will also assist in a supporting role on projects.
Responsibilities
۰Review Production information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services. This includes, but is not limited to schedules, process flows and engineering specifications
۰Design control systems to minimize and resolve production issues and project costs
۰Create systems and plan production to ensure all products meet quality control standards
۰Develop standards for production and design by working with clients and management
Skills Required
Knowledge of production processes, costs, quality control, raw materials and other methods of maximizing the efficient manufacture and shipment of the product
Advanced knowledge of machines, tools, their design, uses, repair and maintenance
Ability to design and understand precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models
Knowledge of how various systems interact and how changes in operations, the environment and other conditions will affect outcomes
Experience
Three plus years in precision heavy manufacturing environment
Education
B.S in Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
