POSITION: COMPENSATION SPECIALIST

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, finance, or commerce. CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) or SHRM certification required with Min 8+ years of HR experience, out of which 5 years' experience in compensation & benefits applications. Extensive knowledge of rewards and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation. Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
