About The Role
As an SDR Manager at BigPanda, you will be a key leader responsible for hiring, managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. Reporting to the Director of Global Sales Development, you'll work closely with Sales, Partner, and Marketing leadership to ensure strategic alignment across functions, drive collaboration, and consistently deliver on pipeline generation goals.
Your leadership will directly impact our ability to scale pipeline, improve team effectiveness, and develop future sales talent for the organization.
Location- Hybrid in Philadelphia, PA (In office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday each week with additional days as needed)
What You'll Be Doing
- Recruit, onboard, and train top-tier SDR talent
- Motivate and manage a team of SDRs to meet and exceed KPIs and pipeline goals
- Develop and implement SDR strategies that align with BigPanda's broader go-to-market initiatives
- Provide hands-on coaching through regular 1:1s, call reviews, and performance feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure optimal lead flow, campaign execution, and messaging consistency
- Leverage data to monitor SDR performance, identify areas of improvement, and drive operational efficiency
- Establish and maintain a culture of continuous learning and development
- Manage SDR team tools and processes in partnership with Revenue Operations
- Report on team performance and provide insights to senior leadership
- Other duties as needed
About You
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring SDRs or BDRs in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding pipeline targets through team leadership
- Strong understanding of modern sales development tools (e.g., Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.) and methodologies (e.g., Intent-Based Prospecting, social selling, video prospecting)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive performance
- Strong coaching, motivational, and team-building capabilities with a track record of developing high-performing SDRs
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated individual
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Market competitive salary with an anticipated on target earnings (OTE) range of
140,000 - 150,000 . Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications and skills.
