Position: Administrative Engineering Tech
Location: Denver, CO
Schedule: M-F Onsite, every other week hybrid.
Role Synopsis The Eagle Ford Production and Facilities Engineering Tech will provide office assistance and support to the Eagle Ford team.
The individual must have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion and must be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities and direction from several people.
Key Accountabilities- Provide direct support to the Production leadership team
- Complete a variety of engineering tech tasks for the Eagle Ford Operations' team, inclusive of
- Track a variety of production and cost KPI's
- Organize reports and data files
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for business purposes
- Arrange and coordinate meetings onsite and offsite
- Assist with planning travel and events
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication; including responding to incoming/outgoing calls, emails and correspondence in reasonable time.
- Build relationships with engineering techs and admins, as well as employees throughout the organization crucial to the success of the business.
- Build a One Team approach to responding to the needs across the Eagle Ford.
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously & proactively; follow through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures.
- Complete other duties in support of company success as assigned and as arise.
Essential Education- Bachelor's / Associate's Degree preferred
Essential Experience and Job Requirements- 0-5+ years of experience supporting leadership preferred, and/or Oil & Gas industry experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Office 365, Concur for expense reporting, Surface Pro, Adobe Acrobat, iPhone, iCloud application, travel scheduling, etc.
Travel Requirement- Up to 10% travel could be expected with this role
