We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Consultant Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the optimization and efficiency of our processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
Tasks:
- Conducting material, thermal, and pressure balances
- Performing process optimization studies
- Simulating processes to enhance performance
- Reading, preparing, and commenting on PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams) and PIDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams)
- Sizing equipment such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, reactors, columns, and tanks
- Defining instruments including valves and safety relief valves
- Creating datasheets for equipment and instruments
- Analyzing utility consumption balances and participating in HAZOP reviews
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of successful experience as a Process Engineer in Oil & Gas sector.
- Operational proficiency in English
