Conservice is seeking a strategic, results-driven
Director of WasteX to lead the continued growth and deliver operational excellence of our WasteX product - our innovative solution for optimizing waste and recycling services for institutional real estate investors and their management companies. This role is a unique opportunity to own and scale a high-impact product, lead a cross-functional team, and drive key business outcomes, while also supporting our company's ESG goals related to waste reduction and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across operations, support, and product enablement functions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee relationships with waste and recycling vendors, ensuring service excellence and data clarity. .
- Manage operational performance across a national network of providers.
- Own the P&L for the WasteX product team. This includes forecasting, building, and managing the budget, as well as identifying levers for revenue growth through cross selling and value-add product additions, as well as building operational scalability.
- Set and execute the growth strategy for WasteX, driving client adoption and market expansion.
- Work closely with account management to drive client retention and expansion.
- Partner with internal stakeholders in marketing, product, sales, and technology to refine offerings and support long-term innovation.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for WasteX, supporting the sales team with insights, tools, and expertise during client pitches and upsell efforts.
- Oversee the resolution of high-priority client concerns, working cross-functionally to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
- Monitor client satisfaction, growth, and efficiency, and lead initiatives to improve service delivery and retention.

- Required:
- Experience leading and scaling teams within a high-growth environment.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, combined with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Project management expertise.
- Preferred:
- Proven ability to manage profit and loss (P&L) and drive financial performance, including forecasting, budget development, and budget management.
- Familiarity with the waste/recycling industry or multifamily property management.
