Ritz Instrument Transformers, an industry leader in instrument transformers, cast-coil power transformers, and solid-insulated bus systems, has an opening for a Facilities & Reliability Engineer to join our Facilities Department, reporting to the Facilities & CI Manager.
Position responsibilities include:
SUMMARY
The facilities & reliability engineer is responsible for analyzing and evaluating equipment, processes and infrastructure using data to support improvement processes necessary to support continued company growth. The facilities & reliability engineer will analyze equipment downtime, establish trends and Pareto’s, develop metrics and implement sound improvements to improve uptime of equipment assets. The facilities & reliability will implement and oversee PM, Proactive and Predictive maintenance processes and act as an advisor to the facilities team for improved performance. The facilities & reliability engineer will also lead facility environmental compliance, waste disposal, and overall infrastructure health of facilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and expand PM, Proactive & Predictive Maintenance Process
- Develop and maintain continuous improvement metrics for maintenance tracking
- Expand TPM program for facilities processes and assets
- Develop and implement upgrades for old and obsolete equipment
- Ensure facility infrastructure is maintained and adequate for plant growth
- Manage environmental policy and compliance for Ritz USA
- Keep plant drawings up to date in CAD, support changes for projects, etc.
- Act as process expert for Resin Systems, Primarily MV resin plant and loop system

- Able to travel to other Ritz locations within US and abroad.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
- Computer Skills (MS Office) + CAD
- Manufacturing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication Skills
- Logical hands-on problem-solving Skills
- Ability to work in metric and inch
- Familiar with required measuring equipment
WORKING CONDITIONS
Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses and steel toe shoes. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted. Long hair touching shoulders should be pinned up securely so as not to touch shoulders.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
