ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Motivate and manage a dynamic team of Comfort Advisors, driving them to exceed sales goals consistently
- Revenue Growth: Direct efforts to increase residential and light commercial HVAC sales, expanding market share
- Provide Expertise: Offer your technical knowledge on building science, energy efficiency, HVAC products, and system design to support your team's success
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work alongside various departments to troubleshoot challenges and maintain momentum towards sales goals
- Develop Talent: Take the lead in recruiting, training, and guiding a team of top-tier sales advisors
- Ongoing Coaching: Lead weekly sales meetings, coaching on strategies, competitive positioning, and improving sales techniques
- Track and Report: Provide detailed, accurate performance reports to senior management on a regular basis
QualificationsWhat You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience managing in-home sales teams (HVAC experience is a major plus)
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC products, system design, installations, and services
- Background as an HVAC technician or system designer is a strong bonus
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on hitting measurable sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (additional tech skills are a bonus)
- Strong math and analytical skills, including basic geometry and calculations
- A leadership mentality with an unwavering commitment to building a winning, high-performance team
