Job SummaryThe Associate Manager, B2B Retention, Ads Marketing (CRM) is responsible for creating communications and lifecycle programs that drive product adoption and activation of the Ads and Promotions product suite among merchant and advertising partners. This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders across the Ads and Promotions business, Lifecycle Retention team, and Merchant Success teams to improve business metrics using CRM channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
Key Responsibilities- CRM Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance adoption and activation of Ads and Promo products throughout the Merchant lifecycle.
- Manage the end-to-end development and execution of email campaigns, including:
- Driving the creative review process.
- Collaborating with designers and copywriters.
- Identifying target audience segments.
- Capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Operations, Analytics, and Strategy.
- Act as a key advisor in CRM best practices and engagement strategies.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze campaign results and develop benchmarks for continuous improvement.
- Generate and share regular performance reports with stakeholders.
- Apply data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and audience targeting.
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, Customer Engagement, or CRM Operations.
- Strong familiarity with CRM technology, including ESPs (Iterable experience is a plus), segmentation tools, and complex data structures.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel and SQL for campaign execution.
- Experience with campaign experimentation, including A/B and multivariate testing.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate results and recommended actions effectively.
- Highly organized, dependable, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in B2B or SaaS industries (preferred but not required).
