Structural Engineer I/Structural Engineer II

We’re seeking a motivated Structural Engineer I/II to join our team. This role is ideal for an entry level (new graduate) or early-career professional (with 2-4 years of relevant work experience in steel and concrete structures). You’ll work on critical infrastructure projects and build hours toward your Professional Engineer license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analyses of telecommunications structures (towers, mounts, platforms, foundation analysis).
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and finalize structural reports, adhering to industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and relevant codes.
- Structural Engineer I - Entry Level: 0-2 years of relevant experience/education.
- Structural Engineer II – Mid Level: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Detail-oriented, analytical problem-solver, and adaptable team player.
- Strong communication skills and a desire for continuous learning.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance eligibility requirements.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.

- Salary range of $75,000 – $85,000, based on experience.
