Must have the following:
Previous Building or Hotel work as an Engineer, able to plaster, paint, retouch painting, general knowledge of electric and plumbing is a plus.
Great communication skills, friendly, welcoming personality, reliable and flexible schedule and be able to work in a high end, fast paced Hotel. Must have multi-tasking abilities.
