Key Details:
·Administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care in collaboration and consultation with surgeons and other medical professionals for patient care services, including, but not limited to, surgery, perinatal services, and emergency response.

Qualifications:
·Basic education of M.D., D.O., or equivalent medical degree
·Holds current unrestricted physician and surgeon license in the State of Illinois.
·Holds current DEA license and Controlled Substance in the State of Illinois.
·Successfully completed a residency program in Anesthesiology approved by ACGME or its equivalent.
·The applicant must be able to demonstrate that he or she has performed at least 50 anesthetic procedures during the past 24 months.
·Become privileged and credentialed by the Medical Staff in accordance with the Medical Staff Bylaws and remain in good standing.
·ACLS Certified
·CPR Certified
