About the Role
Ready to build the future of data with bleeding-edge tools, AI copilots, and a mission that matters? At Kitsap Credit Union, we’re not just building a data platform—we’re launching a modern, cloud-native ecosystem designed to drive real-time insights, generative AI, and trusted analytics across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Data and Software Engineering, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of our Azure-based platform using tools like Databricks, Delta Lake, and Azure Data Factory. But we’re not stopping there. To help you move fast and smart, you’ll have full access to GitHub CoPilot (powered by Agentic AI), GitHub Advanced Security, and whatever else you need to bring your best work to life.
We’re looking for a data engineer who combines technical excellence with a strong sense of integrity, authenticity, and collaboration—someone who leads through influence, multiplies the impact of those around them, and brings bold ideas to the table. This is your chance to help define the blueprint for how a modern credit union uses data to serve its members—and to do it as part of a team that lives its values every day.
