Description
Sr. Service Manager- Review critical customer requirements such as quality, repair technician daily KPI targets, and follow up with supervisor assignments. Generate and review management reports. Present corrective and preventive actions to maintain superior service quality and continuous improvement. Maintains space, equipment, and supplies as well as managing repair parts inventory, transfers, and product shipments for company's computer maintenance and repair services business. Complete all projects assigned within the required timeframe. Identify, develop and implement processes to improve materials handling, inventory control, and packaging to promote efficient services, and reduced costs for U.S.-Mexico cross-border service program operations using myService. Conducts periodic inventory audits in repair center and reconciles physical counts. Develops record keeping procedures and manages appropriate department & training records in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and ISO standards. Development of the KPI goals and objectives for the department. Ensure daily housekeeping along with workstation equipment layout to meet 5S requirement, and energy conservation is followed thoroughly.. etc. Must have Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience.
