We are seeking a
highly motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead and grow our mechanical engineering team in

In this role, you'll manage project execution, mentor and build a team of engineers, and engage in business development and client relationship building. Key Responsibilities:- Lead HVAC and plumbing design for a variety of building types
- Manage and mentor a growing team of mechanical engineers
- Provide technical direction and oversight across project phases
- Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants
- Participate in business development, proposal writing, and client engagement
- Offer construction support and consulting during project delivery
- Contribute to firm-wide strategic growth initiatives
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) - required
- 10+ years of consulting experience in the AEC (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on HVAC and plumbing design experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Business development experience is preferred
- Active industry involvement is a plus
