Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to multifamily residential communities.
- Manage all aspects of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content creation, advertising, and events.
- Collaborate closely with leasing teams, property managers, and corporate leadership to align marketing efforts with occupancy and revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and resident feedback to continuously refine marketing approaches.
- Oversee marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and external agency partners to maximize ROI.
- Lead branding initiatives to strengthen community identity and attract target demographics.
- Utilize CRM and property management software to track campaign effectiveness and resident engagement.
- Coordinate resident engagement programs and community events to enhance retention and resident satisfaction.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to marketing team members.
Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in multifamily residential property management or a related real estate field.
- Proven track record of successful multifamily marketing campaigns and leasing support.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Proficient in CRM systems and property management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
