Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:The Manager of NAM SCM Retail Excellence is responsible for coordinating and driving the DTC roadmap with a focus on alignment with Sales and Markets on Key Initiatives, Performance improvement, and Tactical alignment as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development, planning, and execution of Supply Chain DTC initiatives
- Build on partnerships with stakeholders in NAM Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Allocations, Sales, and IT to enable alignment on day-to-day operations and facilitate consistency between expectations and capabilities through proactive communication
- Act as a trusted partner to DTC commercial teams by communicating performance, capabilities, new implementations, and escalations
- Support assigned projects effectively with timely communication on project progress and results to Senior Management and stakeholders
- Contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of Supply Chain DTC capabilities
- Monitor performance of Supply Chain DTC initiatives against targets - identify deviations and initiate necessary changes
- Drive or support system and process enhancements that help improve the DTC SCM-related KPIs
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Work closely with the NAM Supply Chain market teams and the global DTC teams to support the implementation of solutions efficiently
- Connect with Retail planning for regular forecast updates. Identify process improvement to increase forecast accuracy, working with the Distribution Centers (DCs), and planning on the capacity plan to fulfill the Retail forecast
- Provide input to the decision-making process to maximize sales of Retail while having in mind the overall cost for Supply Chain and Retail Operations

Requisite Education and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management from a College or University. We welcome the equivalent combination of education and experience instead of a degree
- Minimum 3 years work experience in one or more Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance functions in a global company, ideally in the sporting goods industry.
- CPIM, Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus
- University degree, PMP, and lean sigma certification preferred; an MBA is a plus
