Certification in SucessFactors Learning Management System2. Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment3. Handling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients needs4. Expertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reporting5. Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration 6. Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module.7. At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements. Desirable Skills: 1. Mutiple certification SAP SuccessFactors module2. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customers current process and future state requirements.3. Exposure to validated Learning Management System and other validation tools4. Support the design and development of custom reports for clients using PRD tool
