Construction Project Manager to lead complex engineering and construction initiatives across multiple company facilities. This role is ideal for candidates with a background managing large-scale industrial projects involving multiple stakeholders, contractors, and client-facing coordination.
Scope:You will oversee capital projects involving facility upgrades, equipment installations, and infrastructure work across four active plant locations. Expect dynamic schedules, fast-paced coordination, and active site presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full project lifecycle from planning through turnover and commissioning
- Lead cross-functional coordination with company stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and site teams
- Oversee safety, QA/QC processes, permitting, and local code compliance
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and contract documentation
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings with internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate equipment deliveries, laydown logistics, and secure material handling
- Drive construction turnover to company's commissioning/start-up teams
Preferred Experience:- 7+ years managing industrial or manufacturing construction projects ($10M+)
- Strong background with general contractors, EPCs, and construction management practices
- Familiarity with QA/QC protocols, OSHA and client safety requirements
- Skilled in stakeholder management, documentation, and subcontractor oversight
- Proficient in project controls (schedule, budget, change orders)
- CPG project experience strongly preferred
Travel:- Frequent regional travel to project site (approx. 50%)
